TrainingLink uses secure applications embedded within the TrainingLink website. These applications require third-party cookies to be enabled in your browser.
If third-party cookies or cross-site tracking are blocked, you may have trouble logging in or using certain TrainingLink features.
Google Chrome
-
Open Chrome.
-
Click the three dots in the upper-right corner and select Settings.
-
Select Privacy and security.
-
Select Third-party cookies.
-
Select Allow third-party cookies.
If you prefer not to allow third-party cookies for all websites, Chrome also allows you to create an exception for TrainingLink under Sites allowed to use third-party cookies.
After changing the setting, return to TrainingLink and refresh the page.
Note: Third-party cookies are blocked by default in Incognito mode. If you are having trouble using TrainingLink in an Incognito window, try using a regular Chrome window instead.
Microsoft Edge
If TrainingLink is not working correctly in Microsoft Edge, your browser's cookie or tracking-prevention settings may be blocking the embedded TrainingLink applications.
-
Open Edge.
-
Click the three dots in the upper-right corner and select Settings.
-
Select Privacy, search, and services.
-
Review your Cookies and Tracking prevention settings.
-
Make sure cookies needed by TrainingLink are not being blocked.
If Edge displays a message asking whether you want to allow another site to access cookies or site data while using TrainingLink, select Allow.
Microsoft recommends Balanced tracking prevention for normal browsing. Using Strict tracking prevention may cause some website features to stop working.
After making changes, return to TrainingLink and refresh the page.
Safari on a Mac
Safari blocks cross-site tracking by default. Because TrainingLink uses embedded authenticated applications, you may need to allow cross-site tracking for TrainingLink to work properly.
-
Open Safari.
-
Select Safari → Settings from the menu at the top of your screen.
-
Select Privacy.
-
Turn off Prevent cross-site tracking.
-
Return to TrainingLink and refresh the page.
Safari on an iPhone or iPad
-
Open the Settings app.
-
Select Apps → Safari.
-
Find Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.
-
Turn this setting off.
-
Return to Safari and reload TrainingLink.
Chrome on an iPhone or iPad
Chrome on iOS does not provide the same third-party-cookie controls available in desktop Chrome.
If TrainingLink is not working correctly:
-
Open the iPhone or iPad Settings app.
-
Select Apps → Chrome.
-
Turn on Allow Cross-Website Tracking.
-
Return to Chrome and reload TrainingLink.
Still Having Trouble?
If you have changed these settings and TrainingLink still isn't working correctly:
-
Close and reopen your browser.
-
Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser.
-
Try using a regular browser window rather than Private or Incognito browsing.
-
If you are using a work computer, your organization's IT department may control your browser's privacy settings.
TrainingLink is supported on current versions of major browsers, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. Keeping your browser up to date provides the best TrainingLink experience.
