Create an Event and Give Employees Credit

If you want to give credit to your employees for a training event held outside of TrainingLink, TrainingLink provides a simple and efficient way to do so.

  • Go to the Admin Dashboard and click Events > Add Event.

  • Fill out the training details and optionally add employees or departments to the roster.

  • Click SUBMIT, then click View Details for the event.

  • Scroll to the roster, check the Attended boxes, and click UPDATE to give credit.

  • Employees marked as attended will now have the training on their records and be eligible for certificates.

  • You can print certificates in bulk on the Admin Dashboard Employee Roster under the roster on the Print Certificates page. You can print individual certificates on the Training Record tab. Employees can also print their own certificates on their training record on the Trainee Home page.
