Are you curious if your agency has a subscription which would cover training costs? If so, you can easily check on the Trainee Home page. In the top left corner, you'll see "Welcome" followed by your name. Right below that, you'll see the agency you are associated with and the level of subscription.
If you have a Basic subscription, you'll have access to the on-demand content and the Live Tailgates. To get to your training content click the big red button icon under "Subscriber Content" on the Trainee Home page.
For Pro Subscribers, you'll have access to the Subscriber Content, plus a library of self-directed computer-based training, which you can access on the CBT tab after you click the Subscriber Content icon. You also have six training credits per employee per year. In order to register for the pro subscriber courses, an individual with administrator acces will need to be the one to register employees. Speak to your agency administrator or supervisor if you have any questions or would like to register for a course.
