Give Employees Credit for Attending a Webinar, Video, or Live Tailgate

If your agency needs to provide credit to employees for attending a webinar, video, or live tailgate, there are a few methods you can use. TrainingLink cannot automatically issue credit for these modes of training because we cannot confirm engagement and learning when there isn't communication between trainers and learners.

For smaller groups, the easiest way to issue credit is to use the Completions tab on the Admin Dashboard. There you can quickly assign credit to each employee who attended the event.

For larger groups, you will need to use the Events tab on the Admin Dashboard. This tab allows you to create an event, generate a roster that you can print out, and assign credit to each employee. This is especially useful if you need each employee to sign that they completed the training. 

Regardless of the method used, it is important to note that credit cannot be issued if the agency is unable to confirm engagement or learning. As such, it is important to ensure that all employees are aware of the requirements for receiving credit.
