How to Download Training Requirements by Job Title

Administrators can quickly view and download required training by department and job title using the Reqs by Job Title Master report in TrainingLink. Follow these instructions or view the click-by-click instructions below.

Who Can Use This Feature

  • Agency Administrators

  • Paid TrainingLink subscribers with Admin Dashboard access


Steps to Download Training Requirements

  1. Go to the Admin Dashboard
    Log in to TrainingLink and navigate to the Admin Dashboard.

  2. Open the Requirements Tab
    Click the Requirements tab at the top of the dashboard.

  3. Access Reqs by Job Title Master
    Scroll to View Training Requirements & History and select Reqs by Job Title Master.

  4. Select Department and Job Title

    • Choose a Department from the dropdown

    • Choose a Job Title from the dropdown

  5. Run the Search
    Click Search to display training requirements for the selected job title.

  6. Review and Sort Results (Optional)

    • The report lists all assigned training requirements

    • Click the Training Type column to sort (especially helpful for identifying new-hire training)

  7. Download the Report
    Click Download Data ▼ to export the results as:

    • PDF

    • Spreadsheet (Excel)


Tips & Notes

  • The report reflects training requirements assigned at the department/job-title level, not individual employee assignments.

  • Sorting by Training Type helps distinguish required vs. recommended training.

  • Use the spreadsheet export if you plan to share, edit, or compare requirements.
