Help CenterIf your agency has a TrainingLink subscription, you may be eligible to attend certain classes at no additional charge. To receive your agency’s subscriber benefits when registering, TrainingLink must be able to recognize that you are connected to the subscribing agency.
Before You Register
To receive classes included with your agency’s subscription, the person completing the registration must:

Have a TrainingLink login

Be connected to their agency in TrainingLink

Be connected to an agency that has an applicable subscription for the class
Once these requirements are met, TrainingLink will recognize your agency’s subscription and apply the appropriate subscriber benefits during registration.
Choosing a Registration Option
If you are logged in and connected to your subscribing agency, you can use any of the three registration options shown on the class registration page:
Option 1: Register Only Yourself
Choose Register Only Yourself if you are registering just yourself.
Because you are the person being registered, you must have a TrainingLink login that is connected to your subscribing agency.
Option 2: Register One or More
Choose Register One or More if you are registering one or multiple people.
With this option, only the person completing the registration needs to have a TrainingLink login and be connected to the subscribing agency.
The people you are registering do not need to have TrainingLink logins or be connected to your agency. You can enter their information as part of the registration process.
This is a good option when you need to register employees who have not yet set up their own TrainingLink accounts.
Option 3: Subscriber Registration
Choose Subscriber Registration if you are registering employees who are already set up in TrainingLink and connected to your agency.
This option allows you to select employees from a dropdown menu rather than entering each person’s information individually. It can make registering multiple existing TrainingLink users faster and easier.
Not Connected to Your Agency?
If you have a TrainingLink login but are not connected to your agency, you will need your agency’s subscriber link. This special link connects your TrainingLink account to your agency so that TrainingLink can recognize your agency’s subscription benefits.
Contact one of your agency’s TrainingLink administrators and ask them to send you the subscriber link. They can find that link by going to the Admin Dashboard and clicking the Add an Employee button.

Important
Simply working for an agency that has a TrainingLink subscription is not enough for the system to automatically recognize your subscriber benefits.
The person completing the registration must be logged in to a TrainingLink account that is connected to the subscribing agency.
If you are using Register One or More, the other people you register do not need to have TrainingLink accounts. If they are already TrainingLink users connected to your agency, however, you may find the Subscriber Registration option more convenient because you can select them directly from your agency’s employee list.
