Print a Sign in Sheet

If you need to print a sign-in sheet, follow these simple steps:

1.     Access the Admin Dashboard: Log in to TrainingLink and navigate to the Admin Dashboard.

2.    Go to the Requirements Tab: Click on the "Requirements" tab in the dashboard menu.

3.    Click the teal button labeled "Click to Print Sign In Sheets." This will take you down toward the bottom of the page where you can select which type of sign in sheet you want:

A.        Single Topic: 

        • From the drop-down menu, choose the training topic for which you need a sign-in sheet.
        • Search: Click the "Search" button to view the list of individuals associated with the selected topic.
        • Sort the List (Optional): You can sort the list by clicking on the column headers for name, department, or job title.
        • Click the PDF Download button to download/print the sign in sheet.

B.        Blank for a single department or the entire agency

        • (Optional) From the drop-down menu, choose the department for which you need a sign-in sheet. Click the "Search" button to view the list of individuals in that department.
        • Sort the List (Optional): You can sort the list by clicking on the column headers for name, department, or job title.
        • Click the PDF Download button to download/print the sign in sheet.
