If you're the Administrator for more than one agency subscriber account in TrainingLink, you can switch between accounts by updating the agency ID associated with your user profile. This process allows you to access each account as needed—without creating separate logins.
Before You Begin
Each agency has a unique 8-character ID code. You’ll need to know the ID code of the account you want to switch to.
✅ Tip: You can find the ID code of your current account by going to the Roster page on your Admin Dashboard and clicking Add an Employee.
We recommend saving both ID codes somewhere safe outside of TrainingLink before starting.
Steps to Switch Accounts

Log in to TrainingLink
Go to: https://www.dkf-traininglink.com -
Access Your User Profile
Once logged in, click on User Profile from the navigation menu. -
View Your Current Agency
On the profile page, you'll see the agency currently associated with your account. -
Change the Agency ID

Click the checkbox next to your agency name.

Replace the existing agency ID with the ID code of the account you want to switch to.

Click UPDATE to save the change.

Log Out and Log Back In
After updating the ID, you must log out and log back in to complete the switch.
You will continue to use the same email and password regardless of which account you’re accessing.

This method is only for users who have administrative access to multiple agency accounts.
